Personal data collected

This comprises your name, the organisation you represent, your email address, your telephone number where supplied, and the content of your message. No personal data is collected automatically for advertising, profiling or tracking purposes, and no advertising or analytics cookies are placed on this website.
Purpose and legal basis
Personal data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and assessing whether the matter falls within the scope of this practice. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by submitting the enquiry form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Disclosure
Personal data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is not shared other than with the service provider identified below, or where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.
Transfer and storage outside the Kingdom
This website and its enquiry form are operated through third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside Saudi Arabia. Submission of the form constitutes consent to the transfer of the data it contains. Details of the providers engaged are available on request.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the period required by applicable professional, tax and statutory record-keeping obligations. Data no longer required for these purposes is deleted.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be informed of the legal basis and purpose for which your personal data is collected, to request access to your personal data, to request a copy of it, to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, and to request its destruction where it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Complaints
Should you consider that your personal data has not been handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, you may raise the matter with the practice directly, or submit a complaint to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
